So this week I definitely shouldn't have, but I totally did. I went to another library book sale. I spent a little too much probably, but I found a couple of great books. It wasn't as good as my library's sale...but what can I say? I'm biased! I would have done another vlog post this weekend, but with being sick, I'd sound like a stuffy frog, and no one needs to hear that. XD

Looks like you got some great books there and they'll certainly keep you in reading material for quite a while! :)
ReplyDelete@Chelsmac91: Thanks! :D
ReplyDelete@Khadija: I've actually never read anything by L.J. Smith, but that does suck majorly. :(
@Nikki-ann: I know! I have way too many books, and not enough time.
I'm so jealous! Why don't my libraries ever have book sales?!? Sounds like they always have awesome bargains. Enjoy!
ReplyDelete@Cialina: Aw, that sucks. The libraries in my area have 'Friends' programs, which is basically just a bunch of people who like to make important decisions and raise money for us. :-P Usually, we average $20,000 a year from our book sales, which means all kinds of new furniture and books for us. :D I don't see why any library couldn't start one.

WOW! That is a heck of a mailbox there, I'm super impressed! I really enjoyed Wicked Lovely, it was one that really didn't feel like a YA book at all to me when I was reading, it was just an interesting story:)
ReplyDelete@Kyanara: Aw, thank you! =3
ReplyDelete@Jenny: I'm really excited to read Wicked Lovely. I've heard nothing but good things about the whole series. :D
Wow, this is an incredible mailbox! Go you! I also picked up Song of the Sparrow from a library sale. Still haven't read it though :P I love Brian Froud. His artwork is so enchanting. Nice finds!

Good god, what an incredible haul!
ReplyDeleteA library I used to work for had wonderful used book sales, but nothing so grand as this. Nice work!
Whoa! Talk about a good book haul! I'm wondering how the heck you're ever going to read through all those haha. Some great books and others I haven't heard of, which is prompting me to go looksies. Have fun reading! :D
